THe cleanest, most professional shop I have seen in Indy. I've been to more than one Artistic location, their work is great, their artists that I've met so far have all been great, and I would reccomend them to anyone!

I'm not sure that these reviewers are talking about the same place. Although, Tank is no longer there, so possibly old reviews? All I can tell you is I WALKED OUT! I have been in numerous shops, and know exactly what to expect. If you cannot keep your lobby, which is a customers' first impression, clean, you definitely are not doing something right. And I checked their website doing research before I went there. With all the artwork, it seems as if sometimes the guys do great work, and sometimes it's simply sub-par. Geno talks about not going to a home artist, because there is a reson they're not in a shop. In the same paragraph, he says he was a home artist for many years. Ok, Geno, why weren't you in a shop? Just because someone comes into the ability to purchase a business, doesn't mean they are good. Could Geno get hired at Artistic? I doubt it. Bottom line, the shop is so dirty I wouldn't let my dog loose in there, let alone let them touch my body!

PREPAID AND HALF ASSED!!!
What a rip off. It took them over 18 days to do what could have been done in 3 days. I got the royal run around. Total spent on a basic paint and minor body repairs was $1100. The drips and runs in the paint job would make anyone sick. Everything had over spray on it. They also put over 200 miles on my truck and used up half a tank of gas. Then left me with muddy foot prints from the dog in the seat. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Highly Recommend
I find the staff at Clearwater Commons to be very attentive and responsive to their residents' needs. I am a traveling Registered Nurse with many patients at Clearwater Commons and am impressed with the level of attention and care for their residents. I highly recommend Clearwater Commons to anyone in need of their services. In fact, if my mother is ever in need of an assisted living facility, Clearwater would be my first choice.

Horrible customer service, they dont honor anything they tell you. I have been with them for 2 years and cannot wait to transfer my totals to my credit union. I cannot believe that at a time when you need them, as they say, they are not there.

I was glad to be away from them. I was with another property management company and then the owner transferred to these guys and everything went downhill. Service was alright under the prior management company but was horrible with TBH. I also agree about the owner, very rude everytime I talked to him and just made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. If you care about your renters do not turn your properties over to these guys!

These folks are gruff, have little-to-no customer serivce skills, and have a recurring problem with forgetting that they exist to serve their customers, not vice versa. I.e. no customers = no EZ Stor. Beware.

Amazing carpet cleaning
American Carpet Cleaners did an amazing job on our carpets. They were able to get out all the pet stains and odor. We thought the carpets were ruined. They cleaned our whole house for one price and did not charge us extra for anything. The customer service and quality are the best we have found in a cleaner. We would recommend using American Carpet Cleaners.

We called about flowers for a June wedding. Amy said no but when she found out we need the basics, she agreed. We met and spent 2 hrs collaborating on our flowers. Amy never called back. Her excuse was she was slammed. I asked if she had any desire to do our wedding because she was unapologetic for our 1mth wait, she was very unprofessional and I didn’t get the impression she valued our business. She stated nothing personal but she needed to bow out. She didn’t do June weddings and a customer had an event close to our date and she would have let my flowers suffer to help her other client. I could have handled Amy’s rejection if she had said no to June weddings and meant it, if she handled our interactions with professionalism and apologized for never getting back with me, if she had offered some help or advice on where to go from here. Amy told me she is a small business owner and can’t handle her demand. She should have thought about that before she treated us so rudely.

Amazing with my dog!
I have been taking my dog Bower to Good Dog for the past 2 years and LOVE them! They know my name and face as SOON as I walk in door in the morning with Bower for daycare. The girls at the front desk always welcome me with 'Good Morning' and smiles as Bower runs full force toward the Day Care play area. When I pick him up at night he is always happy to see me, but exhausted and happy from his day of play. I love Good Dog because I know my Bower is in good hands during the day. They keep him busy playing so that he will stay out of mischief at home.
After reading some of these reviews I'm left a little angry. I think there are some people that you can NEVER make happy. Good Dog has always gone above and beyond for Bower and I, and I know all of my friends who go there feel the same way! I HIGHLY recommend them and so does Bower!
